My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were decent and sufficient for my family, but unfortunately, they were full of dust. Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were very clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries, which was great for our little ones. However, there was a mix-up where someone walked into our room, thinking it was empty, while our grandson was sleeping in a playpen. The staff did not cancel the reservation despite the room not having a water view as advertised online.
